Traditional Bavarian baker’s craftsmanship has been closely linked with our establishment for over 50 years. Baker Franz Heinz and his wife Sieglinde launched a small family business in Gündlkofen, Lower Bavaria in 1960. Their son Reinhard Heinz, who already passed the master baker’s examination at age 21, developed the business into a modern, fast growing and customer-oriented company with over 120 employees today.

REINERS bread & snack produces fresh products every day at three locations in and around Altdorf near Landshut. No matter whether it is loaves of bread, bread rolls, cakes or slices – traditional family recipes are still utilised out of firm belief and adapted according to customer needs. Employees from the product development department always have an eye on trends and consider something new with considerable dedication. 

Today REINERS bread & snack delivers fresh bakery products to many renowned customers in the bakery sector far beyond the region or borders of Bavaria.

We are a medium-sized, owner-run bakery company. As a manufacturer of gourmet and special breads, Baking and pastry goods, we develop and produce for major customers in the industry. We are still growing and expanding. Since we manufacture our products in handwork, we are constantly looking for employees who support us.
