“Dispensing with baking agents, baking mixtures and artificial additives makes our products unique in terms of aroma and taste.” Out of firm belief, Reinhard Heinz utilises almost no additives and consistently follows the goal of using exclusively pure or natural raw materials in his bakeries in the foreseeable future.

Our corporate philosophy also entails using mainly raw materials from regional Bavarian producers. As a responsible enterprise, REINERS bread & snack also provides a small contribution towards the protection of the environment and resources.
REINERS bread & snack strictly adheres to compliance with hygienic requirements in all areas of the company. The team of employees responsible for quality assurance ensures permanent monitoring of products and is supported in this regard by renowned external testing laboratories (e.g. Fresenius). Organic certification, internal hygiene management (HACCP concept) and customer audits complete the measures for quality assurance and monitoring. We have also been certified according to IFS Global Markets Food since December 2020. This continually ensures safety for you as a customer on a daily basis.
